As part of Hounslow Council's Five Ways to Wellbeing, next week’s theme is “take notice”.
The council is offering a free online lunchtime mindfulness and functional breathing session. This will help attendees develop their understanding of why breathing and mindfulness are important to our bodies as well as our minds.
It will give you practical tools to stay calm, present and” in the zone”, understand the body and mind connection, and learn simple but effective breathing techniques.
