The BBP has a specific focus on:
- Tackling Inequalities through Public Health and Prevention
- Frailty
- Mental Health
- Hospital Prevention and Discharge
- Children with Disabilities, SEND and Complex Needs
- Community Solutions
Within this work, the BBP has identified six key areas of focus which we want to prioritise from the wider programme of work. Our leaders consider the follow six projects to be the most impactful and relevant to the needs of Hounslow’s population.
