The Hounslow Data Hub can provide you with data, intelligence, and insight to allow you to better understand the borough.
Using nationally recognised data sources the Data Hub provides information and data about the borough’s children and young People, health and social care, deprivation and much more.
Where possible, data can be viewed and broken down by theme and can be filtered according to geography such as ward or PCN.
The Data Hub supports commissioning and health planning to:
- Reduce health inequalities in the borough
- Assess current and future health care and wellbeing needs of the local population
- Improve service access and delivery
The Hounslow Data Hub brings together the factors that impact on the health and well-being of our communities. These include wider, core determinants of health, employment, education, housing, the environment, relationships, equalities, diversity and inclusion, and health & care services.
