The BBP has identified six key areas of focus which it wants to prioritise from the BBP’s wider ambitious programme of work and label as ‘Accelerator projects’.
We believe the Accelerator projects will be the most impactful and relevant to the needs of Hounslow’s population because they:
- Transform service delivery
- Show the benefits of working as a whole system
- Challenge organisational structures
- Help us understand how money will flow
- Support the delivery of the BBP objectives
- Have the potential to deliver meaningful outcomes within the next 12 – 18 months (starting March 2022)
