North West London Integrated Care System (ICS) health equity programme is seeking nominees for awards for the category of: Recognising north west London heroes who are empowering communities.
If you would like to nominate a person or organisation from NW London's voluntary sector, NHS or local authority who has contributed to reducing health inequalities in their community, please complete your nomination by 12 noon Friday, 31 October 2025.
